MAN KILLS HIS WIFE AND SON IN ABUJA----THE REASON WILL SHOCK YOU

Tragedy struck in Mpape, an Abuja shanty town, when a man killed his wife and son in cold blood and disappeared into thin air. An eye-witness told our correspondent on Sunday that the man whose identity could not be ascertained at the time of go­ing to press, said the incident occurred yesterday morning close to the Gwari market in Mpape.

According to the eye-witness, after the man killed the woman and child, he took their corpses and hide it in a classroom in a primary school very close to their residence, before taking to his heels. A source con­firmed the incident, said that neigbhours around the vicinity of the in­cident said operatives of the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) had already visited the scene and carted away the corpses. Some of the residents who spoke under condition of ano­nymity said the suspected murderer could be insane and so committed the act uncon­sciously.

--> However, other residents debunked the claim pointing out that if the man was indeed insane, he would not have ab­sconded after committing the act. According to them, only a person with his right senses would go into hiding after com­mitting murder.
