FULANI MILITIA ALLEGEDLY HIDING IN OROKAM FOREST

FRAYOKIT NEWS was just alerted that the Fulani Militia believed to have unleashed terror on Omusu community area of Benue State about five days ago left nothing less than 25 dead and 300 seriously injured are said to be hiding in Enumabia forest in Orokam, in Ogbadibo local government area of Benue State
.
According to the source who spoke with FRAYOKIT NEWS correspondent through phone on a condition of anonymity, alleged that the hiding rumours of the Fulani Militia in the area is currently causing panic as the residents hardly find it easy to participate in their usual farm activities.

 FRAYOKIT NEWS learnt that the entry point for the Militia into the forest must be Adum oko mountain where some fulanis have forcefully settled for about ten years. It was believed that those ones settling there are link which they use as hideouts.

Orokam consist of five districts. And these five districts depend on one spring water which they use for all their domestic use. The source told FRAYOKIT NEWS that this spring water is no longer good for use as the fulanis contaminate it daily with their cattle. FRAYOKIT NEWS couldn't confirm this report as at the time of posting this. It was only reported through phone by a source who pleaded anonymity. The source also said that the Fulani settlers have reported to the Miyetti Allah that his hosts are disturbing them to vacate the area as the Enumabia river can no longer be used by the people living around there.
