BREAKING: BUHARI GIVES 11 DO'S AND DON'T'S FOR NEWLY INAUGURATED MINISTERS

These are some Dos and Don’t which are expected to be followed strictly by the 36 new ministers-designate who were sworn in on Wednesday to constitute President Muhammadu Buhari’s change ‘cabinet’.

1. 1.Foreign travels must be duty-related
2. 2.Ministers must operate within lean resources;
3. 3.No more flamboyance
4. 4.Strict adherence to the rule of law
5. 5.Compliance to Civil Service Rules
6. 6.Living above board;
7. 7.Co-operation with Permanent Secretaries
8. 8.No more rancour between ministers and ministers of State
9. 9.Appointment of some aides should be from the civil service
10. 10.Drastic reduction of vehicles in convoys
11. 11.All decisions must lead to change.

I think this is a good step he has taken to put things in order.
