A couple's wedding day ended in the worst way possible after the bride was left unconscious as a result of a prank pulled that went bad.
The bride has just gotten out of her car at the wedding venue when the groomsmen made a reach for her, throwing her into the air in celebration.
Unfortunately, the groomsmen failed to reach for her right on time and she slammed her head on the ground as she fell.
The fall left the bride unconscious, Mirror UK reports.
The wedding which was meant to go down in Tengzhou, a city in East China’s Shandong Province, was put on hold as soon as the incident occurred.
It was gathered that the bride had suffered a mild concussion. She was later given some injections at the hospital where she was admitted.
Pranks during the ceremony are a part of Chinese tradition, which is what prompted the groomsmen to grab the bride and toss her above their heads.
