NO FEWER THAN 15 CONFIRMED DEAD IN BOMB ATTACK IN BORNO

Frayokit News learnt that no fewer than 15 people were killed in a fresh attack by Boko Haram members in Mussa village in Askira/Uba Local Government Area of Borno State on Monday March 15th. The sect members had stormed the village in the dead of the night, shooting sporadically and destroying the properties of the villagers. The shooting which last for about an hour, scared many away, lot of properties were massively destroyed beyond recognition and many were said to have joined the dead after the first 15 confirmed dead.


 Members of the local vigilante group say the terrorists had planted IEDs on the road leading to their village the previous day but they were able to remove them and they also killed six of the terrorists and injured 4 others.
