Police report that a man was shot and killed while talking to a candidate for the Pennsylvania State House in the Cedarbrook section of Philadelphia.
Precisely, it happened around 3:30 p.m. Sunday in the 1400 block of Vernon Road.
Investigators say a 21-year-old man was talking to Chris Rabb, who is running for the seat in the 200th District, when someone opened fire, hitting the victim twice in the head.
Fortunately, the political 200th District candidate, Chris Rabb was not hurt.
Police say the shooting may have been captured on store surveillance video.
The suspect is described as a black male, 6 feet tall, wearing a light-gray hoodie. He was last seen in the 7900 block of Fayette Street.
