SCORES STUCK IN AN ELEVATOR AFTER POWER OUTAGE AT METRO STATION

Several people were stuck on an elevator at a D.C. area Metro station Wednesday after a power outage. The outage happened around 7 a.m. at the Medical Center station in Bethesda.

The power was restored just before 8 a.m. The station remained open during the outage.

There was no dead cese reported. Several people were freed from the stuck elevator during the outage and were not injured.
