Igbainoba Uche Rose, 24, from Edo State, was arrested at the Lagos airport after landing from Dubai after substances suspected to be hard drugs were found on her.
A suspected member of the cartel, Ofor Kamsochukwu Chimezie, was also traced and arrested. Rose, who works as a clerical officer, said she was promised N500k for the deal.
Rose is yet to be paid her remuneration for the illicit trade. The young lady is currently being investigated and will be charged to court soon.
