It was really a nightmare in Borno state yesterday as the insurgents who were believed to have been defeated by Nigerian military re-surfaced and striked like never before. The Suspected members of the Boko Haram sect destroyed at least five communities in Borno state in multiple attacks yesterday, 24 May 2016.
According to a reliable source who spoked directly with FRAYOKIT NEWS on phone today confirmed that the insurgents invaded the communities on Tuesday, May 24, 2016 and set ablaze many houses after killing about 13 residents and injurying dozens of others. The policeman who we were able to approach through the original source said that they (the communities) were helpless as there were no reinforcement from the military to repel the sudden night attack that besieged the communities.
