JUST IN: NO FEWER THAN 6 KILLED AS CYCLONE MAKES IMPACT

At least six people have been killed in Chittagong, Bhola and Patuakhali today as cyclone makes its impact across the country. Frayokit news gathered that Of the six, three died in Chittagong, two in Bhola and one in Patuakhali, a source told Frayokit News.



 At least three people including a child were killed due to the bad weather in the district today. Two of them died as their houses collapsed on them during the torrential rain in a hilly area at Salinpur in Sitakunda upazila around 4:00am.

--> The deceased Kajol Begum and her son Belal Hossain died on the spot, Najmul Islam Bhuiyan, Sitakunda upazila nirbahi officer, told our correspondent. The child Md Raqib, 11, died around 1:15pm as he was hit by a stone falling from an under-construction building due to the gusty wind in the city’s Sholashahar area.
