ILLEGAL OPERATION: OKADA AND KEKE NAPEP ARE BEING ARRESTED, ROBBED AT ACME ROAD, LAGOS STATE

Some touts (area boys) claim to be legally assigned by the Lagos state government authority under the administration of his Excellency, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode have turned extremely to something else as they trickily and indirectly rob, extort money from motorcyclists and Keke Napep riders in Agege-Ogba Lagos State. One of FRAYOKIT NEWS correspondents happened to access the road when this unlawful act was noticed.


 The gang of about 6 able men were always seen along Acme road, precisely immediately after Guiness road, opposite Peak Milk, WAMCO PLC from 12:30 to 1:30PM as they split themselves along the road, extorting money from motorcyclists and Keke Napep riders unjustly.


 Confusing and suspecting the legality and authorization of this group by Lagos state government, there is another group that do come out for the same operation from 11am to 12noon. There is something we noticed about this group which makes it more suspicious that they possibly may not been assigned by Lagos state government for this operation.

--> They are always at alert watching out if the other group is coming. If they notice the other group is coming, they will vanish one after the other in the moving vehicles. FRAYOKIT NEWS correspondent, an eyewitness to this unlawful act tried to figure out facts about these groups if they were really assigned by the Lagos state government for this operation or to rob motorcyclists and extort money from Keke Napep riders, but could not get the accurate fact to confirm this suspicious operation.


  A motorcyclist, on Tuesday June 28, 2016 at about 2:18pm was arrested by this same group for just no cause. FRAYOKIT NEWS correspondent was live in the scene when this drama was going on. After he was arrested, he willingly parked his bike and asked them what was his fault but they could not provide single reason why they arrested him. After few minutes of quarrelling and argument, they asked him to drop some money and take away his bike. He refused to give them money, insisted that they must tell him why he was arrested in the first place.

 

No fewer than one hour later, they arrested one Keke Napep rider. And the man asked them the same question, "What is my fault". They provided no reasonable point why he was arrested. From these two scenarios, FRAYOKIT NEWS have learnt that their action was illegal.


 Therefore, we call on all government law enforcement agencies to visit Acme road in order to verify this operation currently being carried out by some men seen to be touts (area boys) who are extorting money from motorcyclists and Keke Napep riders unjustly. Illegal operation!!!!
