RECESSION: COUPLE BAKED JOLLOF RICE CAKE FOR THEIR TRADITIONAL MARRIAGE

The state of economy in Nigeria is getting more worse than ever as majority of Nigerians are being roasted red in the fry pan of difficulties, pain, hardships, sorrow and regret for this current administration of All Progressive Congress, APC.

 A source who spoke with FRAYOKIT NEWS on phone this morning, confirmed how hard the economic recession of the present Nigeria is telling on the people of Benue state and other parts of the country. While speaking with our correspondent, he said, due to the recession; couple who supposed to have used well decorated cake for their traditional marriage could not afford it. To break the yoke of unavailability, and switch to the mentality of "one is better than none", the couple had to prepare jollof rice with one black fish as their traditional marital cake. This traditional marriage which took place in the southern part of Idoma land has made its way through the crook and cranny of the internet because of its methodological oddity. The news of this rare traditional marriage went viral in the state.

--> It is no doubt that Nigerians have no way to end this unbearable hardship. If they could have their way, it could have been better to avert all these rare omens that have taken over the land. Nigerians are crying every blessed day because they could no longer endure this unexpected economic recession.

FRAYOKIT NEWS learnt that few days ago, a man killed his wife and biological daughter in Abuja simply because he couldn't feed them any more.

 When the desirable is not available, the available becomes desirable. The couple were happy at least to have done their traditional marriage even though with baked jollof rice in place of standard well decorated traditional wedding cake.
