An agent of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) agent has been arrested by security operatives for allegedly attempting to buy votes in the ongoing Osun State governorship election.
The agent was said to have attempted to distribute money to voters at the Obada area of Ede in Ede Local Government Area — the LG of Ademola Adeleke, candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Reports of vote buying by the PDP come after our correspondents unearthed a similar action in the camp of the All Progressives Congress (APC), as voters were directed to a house draped in posters of Isiaka Oyetola, the APC candidate.
