Before now, many ordinary Nigerians have condemned the action of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar of picking Peter Obi as his running mate for 2019 presidential elections without due consultation. Information reaching FRAYOKIT NEWS few minutes ago has confirmed the reactions of the South-East governors as follows:
"South-East Governors on Saturday expressed shock over Alhaji Atiku Abubakar’s choice of Peter Obi as his running mate for the 2019 presidential election without being consulted.
"Their position was made known by the Chairman of the South East Governors’ Forum and governor of Ebonyi State, Chief David Umahi in Enugu. He said they will be meeting with the presidential candidate anytime soon".
