BREAKING NEWS: PRESIDENT BUHARI LEAVES THE COUNTRY FOR MEDICAL TREATMENT ABROAD

News reaching us about 5 minutes ago confirmed that the president, Muhammadu Buhari has left the country to receive medical treatment from his doctor abroad following his ear infection.

--> Femi Adesina, presidential spokesman, informed yesterday that President Buhari was examined by his personal physician and an E.N.T specialist in Abuja and was treated.

  It was learnt that some dignitaries, quick in reactions have questioned the facts surrounding the trip while some well-wisher Nigerians have sent their support and quick recovery messages to his Excellency, president Muhammadu Buhari on social media.


 Concerns over Buhari’s health also grew after he canceled a much awaited trip to the oil-rich Niger Delta last week. There also have been speculations over the president’s state of health since he shelved his scheduled two-day official visit to Lagos state at the last minute and directed Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo to represent him.
