UNKNOWN GUNMEN KIDNAP A WOMAN IN BENUE

No fewer than  over a month after the kidnap of a Reverend Father, a woman, simply known as Mrs Aba was abducted last night by unknown gunmen in Otukpo Local Government Area of Benue State.


 According to reports, the woman who is the wife of a late multimillionaire was kidnapped by unknown gunmen at her residence along Ojira Street in Otukpo town. Confirming the incident, the spokesman of Benue State police Command, ASP Moses Yamu said “Yes, we received the report of the woman at about 8:45pm. Efforts are on top gear to ensure she is rescued unhurt”.

--> Lately, there’s been a surge in criminal activities in Benue State. One week ago, the Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on Security Matters, Mr Denen Igbana was assassinated by unknown gunmen at his residence in Tionsha area of Makurdi, the state capital.
